We provide information and referrals for emergency housing, utility and furniture assistance.
*We currently do NOT have funding for direct support for mortgage, rent or utility. We are taking furniture assistance requests at this time.
Fatherhood Initiative/Family Engagement Program
This program provides single fathers with a supportive network and guidance to navigate their legal rights as fathers in Georgia.
Through this program fathers
- Participate in monthly workshops and activities to increase their understanding of their rights as fathers.
- Referred to training and career readiness resources to increase their ability to be gainfully employed.
- Participate in monthly mentoring programs that support their mental health and/or substance abuse barriers/needs.
- Provided with Free tickets to Atlanta sports and entertainment events to encourage family engagment with their children.
NEWROCK E. METRO
NEWROCK E. Metro is a comprehensive youth Pre-Arrest Diversion and Re-Entry pilot program with a focus on workforce and community development. Through this program we support vulnerable populations between the ages of 16-26 that are incarcerated or facing the possibility of incarceration. This program will launch in fall of 2023 in Rockdale County, GA serving Rockdale, Newton and City of Lithonia
